At 17:25 on the 2nd, the Haidian District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for strong winds. Due to the influence of cold air, most areas of our district had northerly winds of level 4 or 5 from noon to the first half of the night on April 3rd, with gusts of around level 8; Among them, the period from noon to evening on the 3rd is the period of maximum wind force, with gusts reaching 8 or 9 levels. In mountainous and shallow mountainous areas, gusts can reach 10 or above levels locally, accompanied by sand and dust. Please pay attention to prevention.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
