At 16:52 on the 15th, the Haidian District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for a cold wave. Due to the influence of strong cold air, it is expected that a cold wave will occur in Haidian District from the 16th to the 17th. The daily average temperature will decrease by 8-10 ℃, and the lowest temperature will decrease by 6-8 ℃. The lowest temperature at night on the 16th and 17th will drop to around -3 ℃. 海淀区气象台15日10时25分发布大风蓝色预警，预计，15日后半夜至17日傍晚，海淀区有3、4级偏北风，阵风6、7级，其中16日早晨至前半夜为风力最强时段，有4级左右偏北风，阵风7、8级，山区及浅山区阵风可达9级以上，请注意防范。
