河北省气象台2026年01月16日11时04分发布大风蓝色预警信号：受蒙古国东移南下冷空气影响，预计今天下午，张家口、承德、保定西北部、沧州东部、衡水东部、邢台、邯郸有偏北风4到5级，阵风6到7级，局地8级。今天下午到夜间，渤海海域和沿海地区有东北风6到7级，阵风8到9级。请注意防范。
