At 16:14 on January 31, 2026, Hengshui Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that from tonight to tomorrow morning, all counties (cities, districts) in Hengshui City will have fog, and the minimum visibility in some areas will be less than 200 meters, and some locations will be less than 50 meters. Description
Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.
