Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Cold wave blue warning signal: It is expected that from 8:00 on the 23rd to 8:00 on the 25th, the temperature in Zhongshan District, Xigang District, Shahekou District, Ganjingzi District, and High tech Zone of Dalian City will significantly decrease, with a cooling range of about 10 ℃. The lowest temperature at night on the 24th will be -8 to -6 ℃. Accompanied by strong winds, from 14:00 on the 23rd to 5:00am on the 24th and from 23:00 on the 24th to 8:00am on the 25th, there will be strong northerly winds, with gusts of up to 8-9 levels in the coastal areas of Dalian and inland areas, and up to 7-8 levels.
