At 09:28 on February 4, 2026, Dongying Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds in Dongying District and Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone: Due to the influence of cold air, from daytime on the 5th to noon on the 6th, all townships (streets) in Dongying District and Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone experienced strong northeast winds, with gusts of 6-7 levels and 8 levels along the sea and coastal areas, and gusts of 4-5 levels and 7 levels weakening to 3-4 levels and 6 levels in inland areas.
Description
