东营市气象台2025年01月26日15时39分继续发布东营区和东营经济技术开发区寒潮蓝色预警信号：受强冷空气影响，预计26日至28日，东营区和东营经济技术开发区全部乡镇（街道）寒潮天气将持续。过程降温幅度8～10℃，最低气温出现在28、29日早晨，大部地区-10℃左右，局部-11℃以下。26日傍晚至27日夜间，西北风内陆地区4～5级阵风8级，沿海海区和沿岸地区7～8级阵风10级。
