烟台市气象台4月3日12时50分发布芝罘区、莱山区、高新区和昆嵛山自然保护区大风黄色预警信号：受地面气旋和较强冷空气共同影响，预计今天下午到夜间，南风转北风，四区沿海海面6～7级阵风8～9级转7～8级阵风9～10级，四区全部镇街6～7级阵风8～10级。4日上午北风将逐渐减弱。请注意防范大风对交通、沿海养殖、高空作业、设施农业等的不利影响。
