河北省气象台2026年07月19日15时21分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计19日夜间到20日夜间，保定、廊坊及以北地区有较强雷雨，大部分地区有中雨到大雨，其中张家口东部、承德、唐山北部、保定北部、廊坊等地的部分地区1小时降水量可达30毫米以上或6小时降水量可达50毫米以上，个别地点累计降水量将超过100毫米。请注意防范山区及浅山区较强降水可能引发的次生灾害。
