河北省气象台2026年02月20日15时43分发布大风黄色预警信号：受蒙古国东移南下的冷空气影响，20日夜间到21夜间，全省大部分地区自西向东有西到西北风4到6级，阵风7到8级，其中张家口、承德西部和保定、石家庄、邢台、邯郸四个地区的西部山区可达9到10级，局地11级以上；渤海海域和沿海地区有西到西北风5到6级，阵风7到9级，局地可达10级以上。大风时伴有扬沙或浮尘天气。请注意防范。
