河北省气象台2026年08月21日10时54分发布雷电黄色预警信号：预计21日中午到夜间，张家口、承德北部和南部、唐山北部、秦皇岛北部、保定、雄安新区、沧州西部、衡水西部、石家庄、邢台西部、邯郸西部有分散性雷阵雨或阵雨，雷雨时局地伴有短时强降水（20-50毫米/小时，局地70毫米/小时以上）、雷暴大风（8-9级）等强对流天气，个别地点有冰雹。请注意防范。
