山东省气象台于9月12日16时00分继续发布海上大风黄色预警：受气旋影响，预计12日夜间，黄海中部北风7～8级阵风9～10级减弱到5～6级，黄海北部偏东风7级阵风8～9级转北风5～6级，渤海和渤海海峡偏东风5～6级；13日白天，渤海和渤海海峡南风5～6级，黄海北部和中部北风转南风5～6级。
