The Zhanhua District Meteorological Observatory in Binzhou City issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 11:04 am on April 1, 2026. It is expected that there will be strong northeast winds in all towns and streets in our district during the day, with winds of 3-4 levels inland and gusts of 5-6 levels, and gusts of 7-8 levels in some areas along the northern coast.
