山西省气象台2026年07月10日11时18分发布暴雨蓝色预警，预警区域：吕梁市、忻州市、朔州市、大同市、太原市西部、临汾市北部。预计未来12小时预警区域内部分县市将有最大雨强30毫米/小时以上的短时强降水，局地累计雨量可超50毫米。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨准备工作；2学校、幼儿园采取适当措施，保证学生和幼儿安全；人员留在室内，并关好门窗；3驾驶人员注意道路积水和交通阻塞，确保安全；4检查城市、农田、鱼塘等排水系统，做好排涝准备。
