安阳市气象台2025年7月13日8时38分发布高温红色预警信号：预计未来24小时文峰区、北关区、殷都区、龙安区、安阳县所辖乡镇和街道最高气温将升至40℃以上，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门按照职责采取防暑降温应急措施，保障生产、消防、卫生安全和城市供水、供电。2.停止户外露天作业(除特殊行业外)。3.避免长时间户外活动，采取有效的遮阳防晒措施，对老、弱、病、幼人群采取保护措施。4.驾驶人员应注意车内勿放易燃物品，开车前应检查车况，严防车辆自燃。5.有关部门和单位要特别注意防火。

河南省气象台2025年7月13日08时00分发布高温橙色预警：预计7月13日至14日，我省将持续高温闷热天气。 13日白天，黄河以北和郑州、开封、商丘、许昌、漯河、周口最高气温在37℃以上，其中安阳东部、鹤壁、濮阳西部、开封东部局部最高气温可达40℃以上。 14日白天，全省大部最高气温在37℃以上，其中郑州东部、开封、商丘西部、许昌、鹤壁北部部分县（市、区）最高气温可达40℃以上。上述地区请注意防范，相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南: 1.政府及相关部门应按照职责落实防暑降温、能源保供等措施。 2.合理安排户外作业时间，采取防暑降温措施，减少高温时段室外作业。 3.开放避暑纳凉点，供居民和户外工作者纳凉休息。 4.避免高温时段长时间户外活动，老年人、儿童、孕产妇、循环系统和呼吸系统疾病患者等高风险群体避免高温时段外出。 5.机动车驾驶人员提前检查胎压、油液，车内勿放香水、打火机、充电宝等易燃易爆物品。 6.有关部门和单位应当注意防范因用电量过高，以及电线、变压器等电力负载过大而引发的火灾。 7.加强危险化学品储罐、仓库、压力管道等监管，防止引发事故。
