郑州市气象台2026年8月12日15时9分继续发布暴雨橙色预警信号：目前，经开区局地累计雨量已达245毫米，航空港区局地累计降雨量已达333毫米。预计未来3小时降水仍将持续，郑州市主城区、上街区、航空港区等全部乡镇和街道有20-40毫米的降水，局地最大累计降水量可达360毫米以上，请注意防范强降雨引发的山洪、地质灾害和城市内涝等次生灾害。防御指南：1．相应区域进入暴雨紧急防御状态，政府及相关部门按照职责及预案做好暴雨应急工作。2．受暴雨洪涝威胁的危险地带应停课、停业(除特殊行业外)、停止集会，采取专门措施保护在校学生、幼儿和上班人员的安全。3．居民应注意收听、收看、查询暴雨最新动态；减少出行，关好门窗，地处低洼区域要采取有效措施防止洪水进屋。4．行驶车辆应当尽量绕开积水路段及下沉式立交桥，避免穿越水浸道路，避免将车辆停放在低洼易涝等危险区域，如遇严重水浸等危险情况应立即弃车逃生。5．地下商场、地下停车场、下沉式隧道、易涝点等部位必要时要及时封闭。地铁、隧道、涵洞，公共设施的地下空间，立交桥、下沉式建筑等易积水的低洼区域，必要时要迅速关闭，严防雨水倒灌引发事故。6．景区、公园、游乐场应当停止营业，并对滞留人员采取必要的防范措施。7．注意防范暴雨可能引发的内涝、山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害。特别提示：暴雨橙色预警信号解除后，河道周边和危险边坡等次生灾害易发区域的人员仍应注意加强安全防范。
