At 16:53 on November 17, 2025, the Shicheng County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the average temperature in all towns and villages in our county will drop by 8-10 ℃ in the next 48 hours, with the lowest temperature dropping to 3-5 ℃ and gusts reaching 7-8 levels. Description
