河南省气象台2026年8月11日17时升级发布暴雨橙色预警：过去24小时，我省黄河以南大部出现大到暴雨，洛阳、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口、南阳、驻马店、信阳等地部分县（市、区）出现大暴雨，驻马店局地特大暴雨，最大降水量确山县老乐山286.6毫米。预计11日17时至12日17时，安阳西部和南部、鹤壁、新乡、焦作、济源、洛阳、郑州、开封、商丘、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口、南阳、驻马店、信阳西部部分县（市、区）有暴雨，其中新乡南部、洛阳东部和南部、郑州、开封、商丘、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口、南阳北部和中部、驻马店北部部分县（市、区）有大暴雨，郑州东南部、开封西南部、平顶山中西部部分县（市、区）有特大暴雨（个别点250到350毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时降水量60到90毫米）、局地雷暴大风（8到10级）等强对流天气。请密切关注属地气象部门发布的最新预报信息和气象灾害预警信号，做好防范应对工作。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨应急工作； 2.切断有危险的室外电源，暂停户外作业； 3.处于危险地带的单位应当停课、停业，采取专门措施保护已到校学生、幼儿和其他户外人员的安全； 4.做好城市、农田的排涝工作，防范可能引发的山洪、滑坡、泥石流、崩塌等灾害； 5.遇到积水较深的路段，不要贸然涉水通过；车辆在涉水行驶中熄火，应在水位上涨前快速撤离，不要在车内等待救援。

驻马店市气象台2026年8月11日10时12分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时，我市市区及所辖乡镇和街道将出现6级左右偏北风，阵风7到8级，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防大风工作。2.停止高空、水上户外作业和游乐活动。3.关好门窗,加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物,妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品,遮盖建筑物资。4.行人应尽量少骑自行车,刮风时不要在广告牌、临时搭建物等下面逗留。5.有关部门和单位应注意做好森林等防火工作；街道、社区、村庄和家庭应加强防火意识，适时采取有效措施，消除火灾隐患。
