The Xinyang Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for heavy fog at 20:30 on January 4, 2026: It is expected that from tonight to tomorrow morning, there will be fog with visibility less than 500 meters in the towns and streets under the jurisdiction of Shihe District, Pingqiao District, and Yangshan New District in our city. Some towns and streets have visibility less than 200 meters, and some areas have visibility less than 50 meters. Please pay attention to prevention.
Description
Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.
