信阳市气象台2025年01月26日17时35分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时内，我市浉河区、平桥区、羊山新区所辖乡镇和街道将出现平均风力4～5级，阵风7～8级的偏北风。请提前加固户外设施和临时搭建物，避免高空作业，做好大风天气防范应对工作。

河南省气象台2025年1月26日16时00分发布低温蓝色预警：预计26日20时到28日20时，三门峡、洛阳、南阳北部、平顶山西部和南部、郑州西部、济源、焦作北部、新乡西部、鹤壁西部、安阳西部、信阳南部部分县（市、区）最低气温降至零下12℃到零下10℃，其中三门峡西部、洛阳南部、郑州西南部局部零下17℃到零下15℃。请注意防范。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防御低温准备工作； 2.做好农作物、树木防冻害与畜禽防寒准备；农业等生产企业和农户注意温室内温度的调控，防止蔬菜和花卉等经济作物遭受冻害； 3.燃煤取暖用户注意防范一氧化碳中毒； 4.户外长时间作业人员应采取必要的防护措施； 5.个人外出应注意加强防寒保暖措施。
