信阳市气象台2026年01月25日17时40分继续发布道路结冰黄色预警信号：目前我市浉河区、平桥区、羊山新区所辖乡镇和街道的部分路段仍有积雪，同时受此次低温和雨雪影响，预计今天夜间到明天上午，地表温度低于0℃，将出现对交通有影响的道路结冰，请注意防范。
Description
