At 9:10 am on January 27, 2025, the Xuchang Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be strong winds with an average wind force of 5 and gusts of around 7 in some areas of towns and streets under the jurisdiction of Weidu District, Jian an District, Dongcheng District, Development Zone, and Demonstration Zone in our city from day to night today.
