河南省气象台2026年7月12日9时30分继续发布高温橙色预警:预计7月12日至14日,我省淮河以北大部将持续高温天气。安阳、濮阳北部、鹤壁、新乡中西部、焦作、济源、洛阳、郑州北中部、开封南部、商丘、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口、南阳、驻马店最高气温将升至37℃以上,其中安阳中部、焦作南部、济源、洛阳北部、平顶山南部、周口、南阳、驻马店部分县(市、区)最高气温将升至40℃以上。 上述地区请注意防范,相邻县(市、区)也需关注。 防御指南: 1.政府及相关部门应按照职责落实防暑降温、能源保供等措施。 2.合理安排户外作业时间,采取防暑降温措施,减少高温时段室外作业。 3.开放避暑纳凉点,供居民和户外工作者纳凉休息。 4.避免高温时段长时间户外活动,老年人、儿童、孕产妇、循环系统和呼吸系统疾病患者等高风险群体避免高温时段外出。 5.机动车驾驶人员提前检查胎压、油液,车内勿放香水、打火机、充电宝等易燃易爆物品。 6.有关部门和单位应当注意防范因用电量过高,以及电线、变压器等电力负载过大而引发的火灾。 7.加强危险化学品储罐、仓库、压力管道等监管,防止引发事故。
