河南省气象台2026年4月19日10时00分发布大风蓝色预警：预计19日14时至20日20时，全省偏北风4到5级，阵风6到7级，其中淮河以北大部阵风8到9级，局地10到11级，并伴有扬沙或浮尘。请注意防范。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南: 1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防大风工作； 2.森林、城区防火部门做好防火准备，机场、铁路、公路等交通管理部门应采取措施保障交通安全； 3.停止高空、水上、无人机等户外作业和游乐活动，加固或妥善安置围板、棚架广告牌、简易设施等易被大风吹动的搭建物； 4.行人与车辆不要在高大建筑物、广告牌等临时建筑物，或树的下方停留。

河南省气象台2026年4月19日10时00分发布强对流蓝色预警：预计19日14时至20日08时，黄河以北和郑州、开封、商丘、许昌、平顶山东部、漯河、周口、南阳东部和南部、驻马店、信阳西部部分县（市、区）将有8到9级雷暴大风（个别站点10到12级）、20到50毫米短时强降水和局地冰雹。请注意防范。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防短时暴雨、防雷、防大风、防雹准备工作； 2.学校、幼儿园采取防风措施，加强校园户外设施隐患排查整治，停止室外教学活动； 3.户外行人和工作人员减少户外活动，注意远离棚架广告牌等搭建物； 4.加强景区景点基础设施和危险区域的安全风险隐患排查，及时关闭易受大风等影响的户外游乐项目； 5.相关水域水上作业和过往船舶采取回港规避或者绕道航行等积极应对措施； 6.加强户外高空作业的管控，避免造成坍塌、高坠、物体打击等事故； 7.做好排涝准备和对山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害的防御准备。
