At 03:03 on May 9, 2025, Shangrao Meteorological Station changed the blue wind warning signal: it is estimated that within the next 24 hours, the gusts in Yugan County, Poyang County, Dexing City, Xinzhou District, Yushan County, Yiyang County, Hengfeng County, Guangxin District, Qianshan County, Wannian County, Guangfeng District, Wuyuan County, Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Mount Sanqing Mountain, and High speed Railway New Area can reach 7-8 levels. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing gale in accordance with their duties;

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible, and do not stay under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when the wind is blowing;

上饶市自然资源局与上饶市气象局2025年05月07日18时01分联合发布地质灾害气象风险黄色预警：预计，今晚～9日我市有一次暴雨和强对流天气过程，过程累计雨量50～80毫米，局部160毫米以上；雷雨来时，部分地区可伴有强雷电、短时强降水、雷暴大风等强对流天气。根据前期降雨实况和降雨量预报，结合地质环境条件和历年地质灾害发生规律分析，预计5月7日20时至10日08时：铅山县南部，玉山县、广信区两县（区）北部，弋阳县和横峰县大部，婺源县，德兴市，三清山等地质灾害高易发区发生崩塌、滑坡、泥石流灾害的风险较高（黄色预警）；余干县东部，玉山县和广信区两县（区）南部，铅山县北部，信州区局部，万年县，广丰区等地质灾害高易发区和部分中易发区，有出现小型崩塌、滑坡、泥石流灾害的一定风险（蓝色预警）。预警区内地质灾害防治各相关单位根据《上饶市突发地质灾害应急预案》要求，做好预警响应工作。发现地质灾害危险，及时做好人员撤离工作；正在进行工程建设的地段，应采取严格的防灾措施。
