At 4:51 am on September 24, 2025, the Puyang County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for heavy fog to an orange warning signal for heavy fog. It is expected that in the next 6 hours, there may be fog with visibility less than 200 meters in Puyang County, its districts, towns, and streets. Please take precautions. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should carry out anti fog work in accordance with their responsibilities. 2. Management units such as highways should take effective measures to strengthen dispatch and command, and ensure safety. 3. Drivers must strictly control the speed of vehicles and ships. 4. Description
Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.
