山东省气象台于4月2日16时00分发布海上大风橙色预警：受高空槽和地面气旋东移影响，预计3日下午至夜间，我省中北部地区和各责任海区自西向东将出现一次强对流天气过程，并伴有雷电和9～11级雷雨阵风，局部有短时强降水和小冰雹。全省大部地区有小雨，累积平均降水量2～4毫米，雨量分布不均，局部降水量可达20毫米以上。 预计3日白天，渤海南风转北风7级阵风8～9级，渤海海峡和黄海北部南风7级阵风8～9级，黄海中部南风6～7级阵风8级；3日夜间，渤海和渤海海峡北风8～9级阵风10～11级减弱到6～7级阵风8级，黄海北部和中部南风7级阵风8～9级转北风7～8级阵风9～10级；4日白天，黄海北部和中部北风6～7级阵风8级转南风5～6级，渤海和渤海海峡北风6级阵风7～8级转南风5～6级。 此次过程冷空气大风和对流性大风叠加，阵风风力大、影响范围广，大风灾害风险较高，对交通运输、农业生产、高空作业、海上生产、户外活动等影响较大，请提前做好防范工作。同时临近清明节，祭扫活动增多，森林火险气象等级较高，建议强化野外火源管理，做好森林和城乡防火工作。

Coastal and inland areas experienced gusts of 6-7 levels, with gusts of 8-9 levels locally and 10 levels. On the morning of the 4th, the north wind will gradually weaken. Description

Guidelines
