烟台市气象台8月21日14时40分发布芝罘区、莱山区、高新区和昆嵛山自然保护区暴雨黄色预警信号：预计今天下午到明天白天，四区全部镇街阴有中到大雨，局部暴雨；22日夜间到23日白天，阴有小到中雨；23日夜间到24日白天，阴有雷雨或阵雨，局部中雨；降雨过程中伴有短时强降水和7～9级雷雨阵风。四区过程平均降水量50～80毫米，局部150毫米以上，最大小时降雨量50～80毫米。强降水主要出现在今天下午到明天上午。此次降雨过程持续时间长，短时雨强大，中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害和城市内涝气象风险较高，请注意防范强降水对工农业生产、城市生活等的不利影响。
