暴雨橙色预警信号：过去1小时，海城市孤山镇、岔沟镇、接文镇、析木镇、马风镇、牌楼镇降水量已达到5到20毫米；预计未来3到6小时，还将出现30到50毫米的降水，最大1小时雨强达到30到40毫米，请相关部门做好防暴雨应急工作，做好城镇、农田的排涝，保障学生、幼儿安全，注意防范山洪、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害。海城市气象台2026年07月13日12时58分发布
