Cold Wave Blue Warning Signal: It is expected that the lowest temperature in Haicheng City will drop by more than 8 ℃ from the morning of the 10th to the morning of the 12th. The lowest temperature in the morning of the 12th will reach around -15 ℃. It is expected that during the daytime of the 11th, there will be northerly winds of 4 to 5 levels and gusts of 6 to 7 levels in Haicheng City.
