The Zhangqiu District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 19:50 on February 3, 2026: Currently, the average wind speed in our district has reached level 6. It is expected that from the night of the 3rd to the morning of the 4th, all streets (towns) in our district will have strong southerly winds, with an average wind speed of 5-6 levels and gusts of 7-8 levels. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
