At 22:45 on May 13, 2025, Zhangqiu District Meteorological Observatory upgraded the blue warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Currently, the wind speed in Guanzhuang Street, our district has reached level 9. It is expected that from the night of the 13th to the day of the 14th, all streets (towns) in our district will still experience strong wind weather, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of 7-8 levels, and gusts of 9-10 levels in some areas. Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
