At 23:09 on June 19, 2026, Zhangjiagang Meteorological Observatory issued a strong convective yellow warning signal: it is expected that some districts and towns (streets) in our city, especially Yangshe Town, Jinfeng Town, Fenghuang Town, Tangqiao Town, Nanfeng Town, Leyu Town and other areas, will experience lightning activity tonight, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall of about 20 millimeters per hour, 7-9 level thunderstorm winds and other strong convective weather. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, Water Affairs Bureau, and Meteorological Bureau remind people to pay attention to prevention.
