扎兰屯市气象台2025年11月23日16时53分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：48小时内哈多河镇、浩饶山镇、洼堤乡、蘑菇气镇、中和镇、大河湾镇、萨马街鄂温克民族乡、市区、成吉思汗镇、柴河镇、鄂伦春民族乡、达斡尔民族乡、卧牛河镇最低气温将要下降8℃以上，平均风力可达5级以上。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。
