At 15:40 on April 7, 2026, Changchun Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be a 3-4 level southerly wind turning into a 5-6 level southwest wind in our city from tonight to tomorrow day, with instantaneous wind speeds reaching 8 level or above. Some areas may be accompanied by sandstorms such as sand and floating dust. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau jointly remind us to pay attention to prevention.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
