The Yunhe County Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 08:20 on October 23, 2025: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that there will be gusts of 6-8 levels in the high mountain areas of all towns (streets) in our county from today to tomorrow, with some areas reaching 8 levels or above. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects of strong winds on facility agriculture, construction projects, and outdoor billboards. Outdoor personnel should stay away from large trees, power poles, outdoor billboards, temporary structures, etc.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
