At 16:11 on December 1, 2025, the Suzhou Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: affected by strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most streets (towns) of our city will drop by 8 ℃ to 9 ℃ within 48 hours from the 2nd to the 4th. The lowest temperature on the morning of the 4th will be around 0 ℃, with thin ice in some areas, and the north along the river will be around minus 1 ℃, with thin ice. During the night of the 2nd to the day of the 3rd, there will be northerly winds with levels 4-6 and gusts of level 7 on the water surface. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention.
