永嘉县气象台2026年08月08日16时36分将台风黄色预警信号升级为台风橙色预警信号：受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，预计今天夜里至明天风力增强至10-12级。今天夜里起我县所有乡（镇、街道）阴有中到大雨部分暴雨，明天白天到夜里阴有特大暴雨，后天阴有暴雨到大暴雨。希各有关方面注意防范。

Description

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop large-scale indoor and outdoor gatherings, suspension of work, class, operation, market, and business (except for special industries);

3. On-water operations in relevant waters and passing ships shall return to the port to avoid wind, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel should stay in a wind-proof and safe place as much as possible. When the center of the typhoon passes by, the wind will decrease or remain static for a period of time. Remember that strong winds will suddenly blow, and should continue to stay. Take shelter from the wind in a safe place, and promptly transfer people from dangerous houses;

5. Relevant areas should pay attention to preventing mountain torrents and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.

永嘉县水利局、永嘉县气象局2026年08月08日10时38分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险红色预警：受台风“白海豚”影响，预计8-11日我县阴有大暴雨，部分特大暴雨。发生山洪灾害的气象风险可能性很大。请各乡镇（街道）和有关部门密切关注强降雨情况，加强山洪风险区及狭窄行洪沟道巡查，及时做好人员避险转移，避免造成伤亡。

永嘉县气象台2026年08月08日09时51分发布暴雨橙色预警信号：受台风“白海豚”外围环流影响，我县岩坦道基站近1小时已出现43.3毫米降水，预计今天我县所有乡（镇、街道）将有中到大雨，局部暴雨到大暴雨。请注意防范强降水可能引发的城乡积涝、小流域山洪、滑坡和泥石流等次生灾害。

浙江省水利厅、浙江省气象局2026年08月08日07时20分联合发布山洪灾害橙色预警：预计 8 月 8 日 8 时至 8 月9 日 8 时，象山县、宁海县、三门县、温岭市、临海市发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色预警），余姚市、上虞区、黄岩区发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警），海曙区、鄞州区、奉化区、永嘉县、乐清市、新昌县、嵊州市、磐安县、天台县、仙居县可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请密切关注天气形势及雨水情变化，注意防范强降水引发的山洪灾害。
