At 02:57 on July 12, 2025, Putian Meteorological Station upgraded the yellow rainstorm warning signal to an orange rainstorm warning signal: 75.9 mm heavy rainfall has occurred in Dongpu Town on the north bank in the past three hours, and 30-50 mm heavy rainfall is expected to occur in Meizhou Island, Zhongmen Town, Dongpu Town and Shanting Town on the north bank in the next six hours.
