At 09:40 on August 19, 2025, the Shanghai center Meteorological Observatory issued a high temperature yellow warning [Level III/heavy]: it is expected that the maximum temperature in the central city, Minhang, Jiading, Baoshan, Pudong, Qingpu and other places will exceed 35 ℃ today. Please pay attention to the safety of fire and electricity, and do a good job in sunstroke prevention and sunscreen.

Description

The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.
