承德市气象台2025年08月19日17时40分继续发布暴雨橙色预警信号：目前，我市双滦区陈栅子1小时降水量已达41.3毫米，且降水仍将持续，预计今天傍晚到夜间，我市双桥区、双滦区、高新区和营子区最大小时降水量可达60毫米以上，滦平县、兴隆县、承德县、宽城县的部分乡镇累计降水量将达100毫米以上，降雨时伴有短时强降水、雷暴大风、冰雹等强对流天气。此次强降雨可能引发局地山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水、城市积涝等次生灾害风险，请注意防范。
