At 17:56 on February 3, 2026, the Ulanhot Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the lowest temperature in most areas of Ulanhot will drop by more than 8 ℃ in the next 48 hours, and the lowest temperature on the morning of February 5 will drop to -23 ℃, with an average wind speed of 5-6 levels and gusts of up to 8 levels.
