Sanshui District Meteorological Observatory issues a white typhoon warning

At 8:00 on the 24th, Typhoon "Hongxia" (tropical storm level) was located in the eastern ocean of the Philippines, about 1273 kilometers southeast of Sanshui. The maximum wind speed near the center was 8 levels (20 meters per second). It is expected that Hongxia will move towards the northwest at a speed of 25 to 30 kilometers per hour, gradually increasing in intensity. Affected by its peripheral circulation, there was significant wind and rain in our area from the night of the 25th to the 27th. The Sanshui District Meteorological Observatory issued a white typhoon warning signal for Sanshui District at 10:14 am on July 24, 2026.
