海南省气象局2025年11月03日10时00分继续发布暴雨四级预警：受偏东气流影响，预计，3日～4日，琼海、万宁、琼中、定安和屯昌等5个市县的部分乡镇将出现120～250毫米、局地350毫米的强降水，海口、儋州、白沙、临高、文昌和澄迈等6个市县的部分乡镇将出现80～120毫米的降水，其余市县将出现40～80毫米的降水，请有关单位和人员做好防范工作。
