海南省气象局2026年09月13日18时00分继续发布台风四级预警（海上）：南海热带低压已于13日17时前后在越南广治省沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有6级（12米/秒），中心最低气压1006百帕。预计，该低压将以每小时10-15公里的速度继续向偏西方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。受其影响，北部湾海面、海南岛四周海面、西沙和中沙群岛附近海面，13日夜间～15日，风力6～7级、阵风8～9级；南沙群岛附近海面，风力5级、阵风6～7级，雷雨时阵风8～9级；建议过往船只和海上平台继续做好避风措施。

海南省气象局2026年09月13日17时00分继续发布暴雨二级预警：受南海热带低压和冷空气共同影响，过去24小时，海南岛东南部和中部普遍出现暴雨到大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。预计强降水仍将持续，9月13日17时～15日08时累积雨量：万宁、琼中、五指山、保亭、陵水和三亚等市县累积雨量200～300毫米、局地450毫米，文昌、琼海、定安、屯昌和乐东等市县100～200毫米，其余市县50～100毫米，请有关单位和人员继续做好防范工作。

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;
