三亚市气象台2026年08月24日11时06分发布大风蓝色预警信号:受西南季风和“紫檀”外围环流共同影响,未来24小时内,三亚市沿海地区、海棠湾、亚龙湾、榆林湾、三亚湾、红塘湾、崖州湾平均风力将达5-6级,阵风7-8级,内陆地区平均风力将达4-5级,阵风6级,局地伴有雷电,请有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

海南省气象局2026年08月24日10时10分继续发布台风四级预警:台风“紫檀”,24日09时其中心位于海南儋州西偏北方向约180公里的北部湾海面上(北纬20.5度、东经107.6度),中心附近最大风力有9级(23米/秒),七级风圈半径100~150公里。预计,“紫檀”将先在北部湾海面回旋,强度还将有所加强,最强可达强热带风暴级,24日夜间起折向偏东方向移动,25日白天可能在海南昌江到临高一带沿海擦过,不排除在上述地区登陆的可能性(10级,25~28 米/秒),尔后折向偏北方向移动,逐渐向广西沿海至广东雷州半岛西侧一带沿海靠近。受其影响,24日夜间~25日累积雨量:临高、儋州、昌江、东方和白沙等市县100~180毫米、局地250毫米以上,海口、澄迈、琼中、五指山和乐东等市县30~80毫米、局地100毫米。北部湾海面及海南岛西部海面风力9-10级,阵风11-12级,其他海区有8-9级阵风。提请有关部门继续加强回港渔船的安全管理,加强中小型水库、道路安全巡查,以及中小河流洪水、山洪和地质灾害的风险防御工作。
