如皋市气象台2026年09月27日04时10分升级发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计今天早晨到白天我市部分镇（区、街道）将出现1小时雨量50毫米以上或6小时雨量100毫米以上的强降水，局部伴有雷电、短时强降水、7-9级雷暴大风等强对流天气，市水务局、市应急管理局、市气象局联合提醒注意防范。
