At 22:15 on October 10, 2025, the meteorological observatory of Rongcheng County issued a blue rainstorm warning signal: since October 8, 2025, Nanzhang Town, Rongcheng County has seen more than 30mm of precipitation. It is estimated that all towns and villages in Rongcheng County will be affected by rainstorm weather from tonight to tomorrow, with a cumulative rainfall of 40-60mm. Please take precautions.
