At 16:29 on November 12, 2025, the Pingyang County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the combined effects of cold air and Typhoon "Phoenix", there have been 10 level strong winds in Nanji Town, our county. It is expected that there will still be 8-10 level strong winds on the coastal waters (Nanji Town and Haixi Town) and 6-8 level strong winds in inland areas from this evening to tomorrow. We hope that all relevant parties can do a good job in wind prevention and reinforcement, and maritime departments and coastal areas should strengthen prevention measures.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
