At 19:48 on July 8, 2025, Liandu District Water Resources Bureau and Liandu District Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a blue warning for mountain torrents: affected by typhoon "Danas", it is expected that there will be heavy to rainstorm in the whole area from the night of July 8 to the day of July 9, and some heavy rainstorm. It is expected that there may be small watershed flash floods in our area from 20:00 on July 8th to 20:00 on July 9th (blue warning). Please closely monitor changes in rainfall conditions, increase patrols and inspections, and pay attention to preventing flash floods that may be caused by heavy rainfall.

莲都区气象台2025年07月08日08时09分发布台风蓝色预警信号：受今年第4号台风“丹娜丝”影响，预计今天到明天我区所有乡镇（街道）有大到暴雨，局部大暴雨，并可伴有8～10级大风。请注意防范强降水可能引发的小流域山洪、滑坡、泥石流、城市内涝等次生灾害以及大风天气对设施农业、在建工程及户外广告牌等的不利影响。

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop outdoor group activities and high-altitude outdoor dangerous operations;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
