At 11:30 am on November 8, 2026, the Qilin District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that strong cooling will occur in all towns (streets) of Qilin District in the next 24 hours. The daily average temperature will drop by more than 6 ℃, and the daily minimum temperature will drop to 4 ℃ or below. Please take measures to prevent cold and keep warm.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
