At 10:10 am on August 3, 2026, Jinghong Meteorological Observatory and Jinghong Water Bureau jointly issued a Level IV warning for flash flood disaster risk: Due to heavy rainfall, it is expected that in the next 24 hours, Menglong Town, Dongfeng Town, Gasa Street, Jiangbei Street, Gadong Street, Jinuoshan Township and its surrounding areas in Jinghong City may experience flash flood disasters (Level IV). Please encrypt monitoring and warning, and prepare adequately in advance for defense and response.
