河北省气象台2025年08月21日10时32分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计今天下午到夜间，承德南部、唐山、秦皇岛、保定东部、雄安新区、廊坊、石家庄北部和东部、沧州、衡水、邢台北部及渤海海域有大到暴雨（40～80毫米），局地有大暴雨（100～150毫米，个别地点180毫米以上），降雨时局地伴有雷电、短时强降水（40～60毫米/小时，最大可达80毫米/小时以上）、短时大风（8～10级）等强对流天气。请注意防范暴雨引发的次生灾害。
