The Jiangbei District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 12:14 on September 28, 2026: Due to the influence of convective cloud clusters, scattered showers or thunderstorms are expected in all streets (towns) of our district from noon to night today. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by strong lightning, short-term heavy precipitation, and local 7-9 level thunderstorm winds and other severe convective weather.
