At 18:58 on November 17, 2025, the Guandu District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, the daily average temperature of Wujing, Taihe, Guanshang, Guandu, Liujia, Xiaobanqiao, Jinma, and Yiliu streets in Guandu District, as well as Changshui, Dabanqiao, and Xiaoshao streets directly under the jurisdiction of Dianzhong New Area, will drop by more than 6 ℃, with the lowest temperature below 4 ℃. Please take precautions.
Description
Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
