临汾市水利局与临汾市气象局2025年8月20日17时55分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：预计2025年8月20日20时至8月21日20时，受强降水影响，永和县、大宁县、蒲县、古县、浮山县发生山洪灾害气象风险等级为Ⅲ级（黄色）；其余县市山洪灾害气象风险等级为Ⅳ级（蓝色）。 防御指南： （一）政府和部门方面： 1.地⽅各级⼈⺠政府、有关部⻔和单位按照职责做好防暴⾬⼯作，各级责任人立即上岗到位，检查重要设施运行情况、城乡排水排涝系统，做好排洪泄洪工作。 2.预警区域的乡镇、村，要密切关注天气预报、雨水情监测预警情况，加强山洪灾害预警区域的河道、沟道巡查值守。适时启动预案，及时、果断转移受威胁群众，强化转移路线与安置区安全监管。 3.水利部门安排部署山丘区水库、淤地坝的防汛工作，通知涉河在建工程工地营地撤离人员和机械。 4.预警区域有关乡镇政府和部门按照包保责任，组织有关人员赴强降雨乡(镇)村,督促指导工作。 5.水利部门提醒相关部门按照职责做好涉河涉沟景区、网红打卡地安全管控， 6.公安交管部⻔应根据路况，加密交通信息提⽰，在不同路段实⾏针对性的交通引导措施。及时做好漫水路面、险路危桥封闭管控工作。 （二）群众方面 1.中⼩学和幼⼉园可提前或推迟上下学时间，采取防护措施，确保学⽣和幼⼉上下学及在校安全。 2.驾驶⼈员要及时了解交通信息和前⽅路况，遇到路⾯或⽴交桥下积⽔过深，应尽量绕⾏，避免强⾏通过。 3.⾏⼈应避开桥下、涵洞等低洼地区，切勿在危险地带躲⾬或停留；避免在较深积⽔中⾏⾛。 4.检查电路、炉⽕等设施是否安全，切断低洼地区有危险的室外电源，暂停在空旷地⽅的⼾外作业，危险地带⼈员和危房居⺠转移到安全地点。
