[Warning Information Release Center] Yinchuan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 15:20 on January 28, 2026: Due to snowfall and low temperature weather, it is expected that there will be road icing or snow accumulation in Xingqing District, Jinfeng District, Xixia District, Helan County, Yongning County, and Lingwu City from day to night on the 29th, which will affect traffic. Relevant departments and the general public are requested to pay attention to prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
